Iain is the Director of IMPACT Training & Consultation specialising in responding to violence, suicide, self-harm, psychosis and trauma. His background is in adolescent and forensic mental health and since setting up IMPACT in 1986 has worked with thousands of different agencies providing training and consultancy services in various aspects of crisis psychology and crisis management. He is best known for his signature workshop, "Difficult, Disturbing and Dangerous Behaviour" which was the inspiration for this book.
